Really kind staff, clean rooms, great massage, 24/7 bar, 24/7 supermarket, free WIFI.

Nothing negative to say.

I stayed here four days, from which first two nights heating almost did not work and the room was cold. Also hot water in bath room was only warm and only after I had had it flow for longer time. Also breakfast was excelent. Bid difference compared to my last stay here.

The suite we booked was very spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The children loved the fact the Spa staff were more than happy to provide them with white 'grown up' robes. The onsite Greek restaurant was great value for money and a very enjoyable, the food was excellent.

It was a shame that there was not tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The treatment list for the Spa in the room was not correct as not all the treatments shown were available.

The hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms, which is a huge plus. the wellness centre, although simple, gets the job done. I also enjoyed the 24/7 bar and supermarket, which are conveniently located right in front of the hotel. the free wifi was also a great perk.

The overall hotel decor feels outdated and could use a refresh. Although the hotel is located outside of the city, the quality of the hotel doesn't match the price.

Great pool, lovely food at reasonable prices, clean and very comfortable room

Not much to do around the hotel however it is great for a one/two night break.

We chose the hotel because it was advertised with swimming pool and spa facilities, which we wanted to use for family recreation. The pool had been closed down and emptied and we had not been advised when making the booking despite advising the hotel that it was the main reason for staying. The hotel offered two adult basic massages to be taken together when we complained, but we could not take advantage because our two children could not be left unattended. We would recommend that prospective users of the hotel ensure that the services offered are available if required. We did not think that this hotel provided value for rates charged.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. the hotel facilities, including the 24/7 bar and supermarket, were convenient and easily accessible. The free WIFI was also a great perk.

The standard of both the rooms and hotel facilities were excellent, the hotel also had a very good Greek restaurant which offered a small but good selection of food

Entry card can be easely deactivated. It's not pleasant to be in front of your room and not be able to open it.

The location of this hotel is simply ideal, with a supermarket right in front, ensuring convenient access to any necessities I needed during my stay. Furthermore, the 24/7 bar and the hotel's free WIFI made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is like a flashback to the seventies. Maybe a 5-star back then, only a 3* now.

The hotel is conveniently located near a 24/7 supermarket and has a bar that is open around the clock. the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the wellness center, although simple, provides a great massage experience by a skilled Bulgarian masseur. free WIFI is available throughout the hotel to stay connected.

The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but still sufficient for a satisfying start to the day.
